As San Diego continues to grow, there is an increased awareness of our community’s critical needs. Recurring themes that plague large cities across the nation continue to emerge—homelessness, environmental preservation, struggling schools, failing infrastructure, underserved communities, and support services for the growing active duty military as well as the veteran population .

All of these are a part of San Diego’s growing challenges. With that in mind, we all have a responsibility to give something back. At 365 Events San Diego, we are committed to creating a culture of  community support to meet these challenges head on and make San Diego an even better place to live for all!

FOUNDER AND CEO

Teresa Colosimo-Miller

Teresa is a New York native. Having grown up in a family of five kids, she and her siblings were taught at an early age that giving back was not an option, but an obligation. She moved to California in 1991 and has been working in the corporate event business and nonprofit industry for over 25 years. She builds strong, long-term relationships with everyone she works with—from corporate clients to the nonprofits they serve. Her experiences, expertise, and knowledge have shaped her passion for giving back.

• Co-founded ISM Sports with her husband Dave, producing all events with a nonprofit, charitable component

• Kids Korps USA – over 8 years, Miller created hundreds of community service events to teach kids and their families in local schools the importance of serving others

• HandsOn San Diego – planned corporate volunteering/community service events

• Passionate and enthusiastic about every facet of work, with a strong sense of connecting corporations with nonprofits in the community that are in need of assistance

• Strong organizational leadership, community event planning and operations, and creating and implementing impactful events

Teresa and her team create memorable, fun and impactful corporate volunteer service events that create lasting memories for her clients – 365 days a year.

Teresa lives in Carmel Valley with her husband, Dave and her daughter, Elizabeth. Her sons, Nick and Matt, attend SDSU and are off to become successful entrepreneurs- after she does all their laundry and cooking. Her strong sense of family and friends reinforces her love of people and service.

Carlen Haag

Carlen Haag is a true San Diego native. Her love for San Diego and the community in which she lives, has led her to a life dedicated to making every day a little better than before. Growing up, Carlen regularly volunteered with local philanthropic organizations, and enjoyed spending her time helping others. She has finally decided to combine her passion and her skills to do something that really will make a difference.

For the past decade, Carlen has worked with local nonprofits sharing her expertise in leadership and program development, grant writing, and fundraising. It was here, Carlen realized how a positive influence and a dream can push a person to accomplish things they never thought possible. She has witnessed firsthand how volunteering can change a person’s outlook on life. It is her goal to be able to provide that opportunity for all of San Diego community. 

In her spare time, Carlen is off to the races, literally with cars and horses. She can be found cheering on her favorite driver and rider, her children. Her son, Shane is proud to be a part of the Southwest Lightning Sprint inaugural season, while her daughter, Grace can be found riding horses on Fiesta Island or competing in shows in Valley Center, CA. Outside of racing season, you will most likely find Carlen and her daughter Sydney strolling down Main Street USA, Disneyland.

We provide you with friendly, qualified people who specialize in event operations and superior customer service to make sure every detail is taken care of—before, during and after your event. It’s our mission to make your company shine in our community!
